EFT and Borrowing Benefits
Helen Racz is an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, intuitive and physical empath. Her unique style combines energy, humor and compassion to lead people into alignment with their desires, empowering them to live life on purpose with purpose.
Helen’s desire to assist others through energy tools led her to learn and teach Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a form of acupressure similar to acupuncture without the use of needles. One simply uses their finger tips to tap on a series of energy points while thinking and speaking about the identified issue. As the energy moves, people may experience emotional shifts, clarity or physical relief.
EFT practionioners found as they helped their clients they were also reaping many benefits - “Borrowing Benefits” is the term given to experiencing EFT in a group setting. EFT works in such a way that everyone who “taps along” will benefit from the experience – and some, in a big way!
